The role
As an Internal Recruiter, you will be working within the People Operations Team while providing recruitment expertise to the non-technical departments including Professional Services, Sales and Marketing, and Product Teams. As well as managing the full recruitment cycle, you will also have the opportunity to manage the administrative processes that align with the Talent Management function. This includes assisting with training and development initiatives around recruitment processes, setting up performance reviews, and preparing for calibration sessions once performance reviews have been completed. This role will set you up for a career in Talent Management as you will have the opportunity to work closely with the Talent Management Specialist on all of our talent initiatives.
The Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
- Work with the marketing team to prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges etc
- Onboard new employees in order to become fully integrated
- Promote the company’s reputation as the “best place to work”
- Recruitment administration
**Requirements**:
- University degree/Diploma
- 2- 4 years IT recruitment experience (strong IT knowledge is essential)
- Proven track record of achieving monthly recruitment targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Be comfortable with working and making decisions independently
- Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems
- Able to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Working knowledge of interview techniques and applicant screening methods
- Understanding of various employment laws and regulations
- Familiar with a wide variety of sourcing avenues
