Lasec SA is looking to recruit an International Coordinator to join the Service Unit based at the Cape Town Office.

Requirements that must be met:

  • National qualification in Business, Operations, or Management.
  • Ability to function independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail coupled with strong administrative skills.
  • Good Microsoft Office skills
    ,
    specifically Excel and Outlook abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Summary of duties and responsibilities:

  • Receive and prepare international quotations and tender requests within required timeframes
  • Plan and schedule engineers for international jobs, including multi-stop trips, based on availability and job requirements.
  • Plan schedules for Service Engineers.
  • Coordinate tools, equipment, travel documents, and bookings.
  • Provide all job details to Engineers before departure.
  • Manage travel invoices, expenses, and job card documentation.
  • Upload quotes/job cards and support invoicing.
  • Issue certificates/reports after job completion.
  • Update Sales on schedules and changes.
  • Liaise with Engineers, Operations, Procurement, Finance, Travel agents, and external providers.
  • Monitor travel safety and resolve travel-related issues.

Remuneration will be discussed at final interview stage.
