**Job Overview**:
As a Key Account Manager within the corporate sector, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients. Your primary objective will be to drive revenue growth, meet sales targets, and ensure overall satisfaction among corporate clients. This role requires a strategic approach to identify business opportunities, understand client needs, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver customized solutions.

**Responsibilities but not limited to**:

- _Client Relationship Managemen_t - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
- _Sales Strategy and Planning_ - Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for corporate accounts to achieve revenue targets. Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and pursue cross with overall organizational goals.
- _Customized Solution Development - D_evelop customized solutions that address the specific needs of corporate clients.
- _Contract Negotiation and Closing - _Lead contract negotiations, ensuring terms are mutually beneficial and align with company policies. Close sales deals by leveraging strong negotiation and persuasion skills. Lead generation and cold calling.
- _Forecasting and Reporting - _ Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports on key performance indicators to management. Regularly review and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- _Customer Satisfaction and Retention:_ - Proactively address client concerns and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to retain and grow existing accounts.
- _Market Intelligence _**:

- **Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to adapt strategies accordingly. Provide insights to the organization on emerging opportunities and potential challenges.

Nature of Role: Hybrid role, 75% of traveling to generate Leads and meeting with clients and 25% office based.

- **3 - 5 years of experience**:

- **Drivers Licence**:

- **Must have own vehicle but nature of business traveling a company vehicle will be provided,**:

- Proven experience in corporate sales and customer services
- Understanding of the corporate sector and its unique challenges.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinking and ability to analyze market trends.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Remuneration:

- Total CTC of R 25 000 (Salary R 20 000 & Commission R 5000 per month)
- Petrol allowance and company vehicle provided for business related traveling,

**Salary**: R20,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month
