Proactively manage contract renewals and negotiate terms to ensure customer retention and revenue stability. Analyse account performance, identify gaps, and create actionable plans to drive growth. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market. Prepare and present regular performance and pipeline reports to leadership. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Advanced Diploma in Business, Sales, or a related discipline. Minimum of 5 years' experience in Key Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success.
