**The Role**:Temporary Project Administrator
**The City**:Table View, Cape Town
**The Mandate**:Working alongside our Project Managers as well as clients to streamline communication and assist with day-to-day operational duties.

**You’re an admin GURU **You are highly organised with strong attention to detail.

**Can you tick these off your list? **A combination of adminsitration management, business understanding, operational excellence, strong communication, and problem-solving skills.

**Did someone say, juggler? **You are comfortable working on multiple tasks simultaneously in order of priority.

**Project Administration experience. **You have worked in a digital marketing or web development agency with at least 2-3 years of experience.

**Teamwork is the dream work. **You have the ability to coordinate with other departments on client-related matters.

**Yeah, some technical skills **You are proficient in all things G Suite. As an added bonus, if you have worked on project management systems like ClickUp or

**Here’s an added bonus. **You have an understanding of the web development process, including web front and back-end best practices.

**What you’ll get up to**
- Assisting the Project Managers in all administrative duties.
- Scheduling client and internal meetings as well as writing and documenting minutes of meetings.
- From time to time you will be required to respond to, and send updates and feedback to clients, project managers, and senior management.
- Minute taking of client and internal meetings and ensuring all action points are attended to.
- Ensure Developers time has been captured at the end of each day, comments have been added, and then to the correct projects
- You will assist the project managers in monthly and weekly reporting.
- Overall, your role is to ensure the project managers are getting much-needed support within their roles and clients are communicated to timeously and in a consistent manner.
