The Faircape Group operates 6 high-end retirement/lifestyle villages in the Western Cape. Locations of these estates are in Noordhoek, Kirstenhof, Tokai, Somerset West and Onrus.

We are looking for an organized and professional** Temporary Front Desk /** **Receptionist** to manage the front of the house at our **Tokai Estate** **facility in the Southern Suburbs.

**Duties will include, but not be limited to**:

- Welcome and greet all visitors in a courteous manner
- Answer all telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner
- Direct calls promptly, efficiently and courteously
- Receive and convey messages in writing, verbally and electronically to the relevant person timeously
- Open, stamp and distribute all incoming mail appropriately daily
- Ensure communication is conducted in a professional manner
- Ensure all administrative duties relating to the efficient running of the front desk is completed accurately and timeously
- Attend to all deliveries, queries, maintenance and sub-contractors entering the premises
- Assist with any ad hoc responsibilities

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- Computer literate (Google Docs advantageous)
- Previous experience as Receptionist
- Strong administration skills
- Professional communication skills and telephone etiquette
- Experience in hospital/medical environment advantageous
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Neat, professional and presentable
- Customer service orientated

Working Hours: Normal working days are Mondays to Fridays from 07h00 until 19h00 (alternating per week) must be available to work on weekends from 07h00 until 16h00

**Specific Requirements**
- Immediately available
- Solid and positive references
- No criminal record
- Vaccinated against covid-19 or prepared to be vaccinated prior to commencing job
