**Key Responsibilities**: - Learnership recruitment administration: Driving the administration and support in recruitment and SETA processes, including capturing learners on the SETA data base - Learnership and Skills Programme tracking: Progress and termination tracking;
- Dual capturing of learnership and skills programme achievements;
- Internship administration and monitoring;
- Co-ordination of learnership administration (including SETA administration) and responsibility for efficient co-ordination and distribution of learnership material;
- Creating and pulling reports driven by business or WRSETA needs;
- Support to the BBBEE process;
- Support to the mandatory grant process;
- Support to the accreditation process;
- Support the HRD Administrator;
- Participate in special projects.
**Qualifications and Experience**: - Tertiary qualification would be an advantage;
- Truworths operations or previous administration experience ideal;
- Previous skills development/SETA experience preferable.
