National Sales Manager required.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Oversee the overall sales objectives, goals and revenue of all the teams and sales personnel they supervise.
- Set targets for national and regional sales teams using statistics based on previous sales.
- Handle the recruitment, training of staff to improve sales strategies and assist with performance reviews and promotion of top performing staff.
- Manage other regional or division managers across the country.
- Travel frequently to manage the various teams and attend conferences to learn new sales methods.
- Continuously track and record sales trends and other related data to improve supply and demand strategies and maximize profits.
- Work closely with advertising, marketing and digital marketing professionals to improve sales promotions, methods and campaigns.
- Make use of historical sales data and sales forecasts to create effective sales campaigns.
- Provide excellent customer service and personally handle large accounts or major clients.
- Utilize strong Hunter/Sales ability and network with potential business partners and clients.
**Skills required**:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Creativity to produce new ideas to improve sales and collaborate with marketing and advertising teams.
- Strong management skills in order to lead and motivate teams.
- Good sales knowledge including an extensive understanding of sales funnels, processes and functions.
- Ability to be persuasive
