**Responsibilities**:

- Lead, manage, and inspire sales teams across multiple locations to surpass sales objectives.
- Design and implement innovative sales training programs.
- Conduct engaging virtual training sessions and personalized coaching.
- Actively participate in recruiting and mentoring new sales personnel.
- Monitor sales metrics, providing strategic feedback and support.
- Collaborate with senior management on sales strategies and plans.
- Stay current with sales industry trends and best practices.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in sales leadership, with a record of managing high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and coaching abilities.
- Proficient with virtual training tools and CRM systems (Zoho preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Valid visa for U.S. travel.
- Independent and team-oriented work style.
