We are currently seeking a candidate to join our team from South Africa for a remote Sales Development Representative position, requiring a dependable and high-speed internet connection.

Job Overview:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) at Remote Talent, you will play a pivotal role in our sales team by identifying and qualifying potential leads. Your primary responsibility will be to do cold-calling, and manage the company inbox in order to pave the way for our team to close deals successfully.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and social media (i.e. LinkedIn).
  • Ensure accurate and timely follow-ups with leads.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation targets.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years proven experience as a Sales Development Representative or in a similar role.
  • At least 6 month experience with cold-calling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ability to understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Persistent and resilient attitude with a focus on achieving targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and lead generation tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
