Location: Midrand, Johannesburg
Compensation: Market related

Digit FMS is a Fleet Management and Security Solutions specialist company with over 100 franchises across Southern Africa.
Our Fleet Management product range includes: Vehicle tracking for Fleet Management, Fuel Management, Vehicle Camera Systems.
Our Security Solutions product range includes: Ajax Wireless Alarms, Chilli Pepper alarms, CCTV and access control solutions, a wide variety of drones for commercial use.
**About the role**
**Responsibilities**
At Digit FMS, your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long-term ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Generating leads.
- Meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients.
- Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and negotiations.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports.
- Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients.
- Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs.
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.
- Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services.
- Maintaining client records.
- Answering client questions about credit terms, rental options, products, prices, and availability.
**Qualification and Other Requirements**:
- Matric / Grade 12 - prerequisite
- Must have a good understanding of the technology field
- Must have sold Land surveying products to the South African markets
- Must be able to travel when necessary
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field.
- RPL current.
- Passion for aviation and aircraft.
- Experience in sales.
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Strong listening and sales skills.
- Ability to achieve targets.
- Sales in a security related industry
