**Job Description - Sales Representative CCTV/Access Control**

Location: Midrand, Johannesburg

Compensation: Market related

**About Digit FMS**

Digit FMS is a Fleet Management and Security Solutions specialist company with over 100 franchises across Southern Africa.

Our Fleet Management product range includes: Vehicle tracking for Fleet Management, Fuel Management, Vehicle Camera Systems.

Our Security Solutions product range includes: Ajax Wireless Alarms, Chilli Pepper alarms, CCTV and access control solutions, a wide variety of drones for commercial use.

**About the role**

At Digit FMS, your work will directly contribute to us achieving our long-term ambitions. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Sell security solutions to new & existing clients
- Follow up on all leads received timeously
- Generate and close self-sourced leads
- Achieve links & revenue sales target
- Networking for leads
- Risk assessment of client’s property
- Cold calling for new business
- Daily, weekly & monthly reporting
- Maintain all administrative duties pertaining to sales
- Manage the installation process at each site and conduct a full audit on completion of each installation
- Ensure each installation is completed to the high-level standards of Digit FMS

**Qualification and Other Requirements**:

- Matric / Grade 12 - preferred
- Must have minimum 2 years’ experience in the CCTV and access control field
- Must have 3 years sales experience
- Experience in sales
- Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
- A commitment to excellent customer service
- Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English (Afrikaans is advantageous)
- Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Excellent phone and cold calling skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong listening and sales skills
- Ability to achieve targets

**Experience**:

- CCTV sales: 2 years (required)
- Access Control sales: 1 year (preferred)
