Human Capital Project Analyst

Manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Coordinate with team members, stakeholders, and vendors across the HC and related functions, where applicable.
In-depth experience across the Human Capital value chain and service delivery, in support of the overarching human capital service delivery excellence imperative.
Ensure that projects, programmes, and initiatives are in sync with the organisation's long-term human capital strategic goals and objectives.
Evaluate and prioritise efforts based on their potential to contribute to the organisation's overall strategy.
Effectively communicate change initiatives and manage resistance, for effective delivery of the project.
Drive and ensure effective communication to ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
Persuade and influence stakeholders to support project goals and initiatives.
Identify stakeholders and analyse their interests, influence, and impact.
Demonstrate proficiency in setting realistic timelines, assessing the urgency and importance of tasks, and employing strategies to minimize distractions and avoid procrastination.
Produces new ideas, approaches, or insights; creates innovative products or designs; produces a range of solutions to problems.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
- Minimum of a Diploma / Degree (NQF 7) in Human Resources or related fields.
- 5-8 year’s of experience in people related projects and experience in project management, administration and change management.
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- In depth experience of managing multi-dimensional programmes, deadlines, and project budgets.
- Engagement with diverse, external international stakeholders in managing legislative risk.
- Advantageous: Project Management Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP)
