Ensure the data accuracy and completeness of data collected and reported.
Ensure and measure the timeliness of the data extraction, quality and accuracy for input to HC reports and dashboards.
Determine and measure the number of valuable insights and recommendations extracted and provided to the internal stakeholders.
Assess the extent to which the insights led to the improvement in HC operations and systems.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Minimum of a Diploma / Degree (NQF 7) in Human Resources or related fields.
- 5-8 year’s of experience in experience in HR/ Payroll / IT management, administration and change management.
- Certified Payroll Administration Practitioner (SAPA)
- SAP Cert HCM - Human Capital Management (advantage)
- Proficient in MS Office packages
- Numerical & Mathematical & Business acumen
- Engagement with diverse, external international stakeholders in managing legislative risk.
