**Role Overview**:
As a Learning and Development Officer, you'll be instrumental in orchestrating the entire learning journey, from conceptualization to delivery. Collaborate with management, HC, and stakeholders to craft impactful learning interventions that align with business goals and talent requirements. Your role is pivotal, requiring a keen understanding of the financial technology sector, adept planning skills, and a proactive mindset to thrive in our fast-paced environment.
**Responsibilities**:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define learning objectives and align them with organizational goals.
- Design and update learning programs to meet evolving needs, addressing learning gaps effectively.
- Utilize Udemy for Business platform to curate relevant courses and resources for employee development.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive career framework to guide employee growth and advancement.
- Design and deliver onboarding training programs to ensure new employees are equipped with essential skills and knowledge.
- Manage the Workplace Skills Plan (WSP) and Annual Training Report (ATR) processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct assessments to measure learning outcomes and knowledge acquisition.
- Deliver formal training sessions, covering technical skills and soft skills for new and existing employees.
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes and industry trends, ensuring training content remains accurate and relevant.
- Manage learning requirements through a comprehensive year planner.
- Compile insightful reports on learning interventions, providing valuable feedback to senior management.
- Assist in fulfilling regulatory reporting requirements.
**Requirements for Success**:
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, collaborative tools, and Learning & Development platforms like Udemy for Business, LinkedIn learning, etc.
- Ability to design surveys using online tools such as MS Forms.
- Strong planning and coordination abilities.
- Proactive self-starter with a knack for problem-solving.
**Qualifications and Experience**:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in HR/Management, Learning & Development, Train the Trainer, or related fields.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Learning & Development.
- Exposure to the financial technology industry is advantageous.
