Brief:
Dealer Development Assistant Position available. The assistant is a support function to the Dealer Development Manager by conducing specialized Dealer Development functions for the brand across all product lines.

**Responsibilities**:

- Monitoring of dealer performance, both financially (high level) and from a compliance point of view, relating to dealer operating standards.
- Assist in the Implementation and roll-out of national Dealer Operating Standards and associated incentive programs.
- Monitoring of the dealer incentive programs, dealer standards and determine the dealer network performance using Lightstone data and Autostats data.
- For “non-performing” dealers - The interpretation of dealer financials (high level-balance sheet and income statement analysis) to determine dealer’s financial health and provide the necessary interventions and corrective actions when necessary.
- Present monthly management reports for the above tasks.
- Dealer Development - Support with Corporate Identity up-keeping, maintenance and upgrades of the dealer network.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to Dealer Development.
- Liaise with all product divisions and suppliers to ensure the Dealer Development strategy is implemented.

**Requirements**:

- Matric
- 2-3 years in a similar role
- Post graduate business related qualification advantageous

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Johannesburg, Gauteng: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Dealer development: 3 years (required)
- Automotive: 3 years (required)
