- Overall development of Dealer network strategy and implementation
- Ensure alignment of national brand campaigns at retail level
- Development and implementation of national Retail sales campaigns
- Guide, coach and support dealers with dealer initiated retail marketing plans in terms of marketing best practise, campaign ideas, materials, POS and overall retail tactics
- Accountability for the adoption, management and monitoring of the Customer experience at retail against head office agreed standards and SOP’s, including CSI management
- Retail sales and incentive target forecasting and setting, and monthly monitoring for dealer network, with internal reporting to management
- Retail CI and display POS support
- Dealer satisfaction index(DSI) management
- Merchandise and Accessories marketing support in terms of promotion, display and sales
- Used car programme development and management
- Ensure dealer network comply with Subaru Southern Africa standards and guidelines
- Monthly reporting to Senior Management
- Monthly competitor market analysis in order to make proactive decisions**Inherent Requirements**
- REQUIRED MINIMUM EXPERIENCE- At least 5 years’ of experience in Retail marketing, Sales management, and Dealer Development within the motor industry
- Must be able to cope with conflict and engage in hard negotiations at strategic level
- Must be able to demonstrate the ability to develop and implement strategy and not only work towards short term goals.
- REQUIRED MININUM QUALIFICATION- Related tertiary qualification in Sales & Marketing
