**Role.**
- Handling incoming calls
- Client Ticket Handling
- Escalations
- General Queries
- You will be required to be a good sport and participate with your team

**Requirements...**
- Fluent in German
- Strong typing skills and computer literacy
- Highly skilled communicator, assertive and enthusiastic
- Highly motivated and goal driven
- Committed. We are looking for family members not job hoppers

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Cape Town, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:
