Reporting to the CFO you will be required to manage the financial control team and work towards the team’s key functions for several Cluster’s entities:

- Managing the timeliness and quality of reporting
- Ensuring reliability and integrity of the accounting information
- In depth cost analysis
- Guaranteeing reporting quality consistency
- Budgeting and reforecasting
- Ad hoc presentation to management and head office

**Minimum Requirements**
- BCom in Management Accounting or Accounting completed
- CIMA being completed - 2nd, 3rd year
- Significant experience as Financial Controller required
- Significant management experience required
- Advanced knowledge of Excel - complex functions, graphs and pivot charts
- Proactive and organized
- Capacity to deliver under pressure
- Able to challenge the status quo and drive through changes

**Key Role Requirements**
- Ensure quality control over financial reporting
- Implement consistent checks on the accounting processes in the cluster - review of provisions
- Ensure timeliness of the month end reporting to HQ
- Supervise reporting on P&L, Analytics, intra-group and Balance Sheet
- Supervise and review reporting to operations and country manager along with analysis and variances.
- Promote bridging the gap between operations and finance team
- Implement and follow-up processes
- Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget / PFA, financial forecasts and report variances.
- Assist the CFO in presenting reports to senior executives, stakeholders, and board members
- Establish and implement financial reporting systems to comply with** **HQ
