**About the Role**

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Part-Time Financial Controller to oversee our financial operations and support strategic financial planning. This is a critical role for ensuring robust financial management, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making as the business grows.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, CA (SA) or CIMA
- Proven experience (5+ years) in a similar financial management or controller role.
- Experience in the agricultural sector is required.
- Strong understanding of South African tax and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping and monthly reporting.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and liaise with auditors and external stakeholders.
- Manage payroll, invoicing, and supplier payments.
- Recommend improvements to financial processes and internal controls.

**How to Apply**

Pay: R300 000,00 - R350 000,00 per year

Expected hours: 20 per week
