We are looking for 2 Enterprise Content Management Support Specialists to work on Hyland OnBase - an Enterprise Content Management system for one of the leading financial institutions in South Africa. The product enables both front-end and back-end processes, primarily within credit, treasury, and onboarding all from the perspective of getting customers on and providing them with a service or a product.

**What’s exciting about these 2 roles**:
**Requirements**:

- OnBase Experience or Similar ECM Tool
- Handling helpdesk by taking and escalating calls
- Understanding finance industry background, working within a helpdesk environment
- Basic understanding of CRM, accounts systems, integration and an understanding of middleware
- Understanding of incident management tools e.g., ITSM.
- 2 - 3 years’ experience
