**Location**: Stikland, Cape Town

**Schedule**: Monday - Fridays, 08:00-16:30 & every 2nd Saturday, 09:00-12:00

**Salary**: Market related and commensurate with experience

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with other maintenance workers, company’s officials, and staff to effectively provide solutions to repair or maintenance problems
- Technical fault diagnosis, repairs, maintenance, installations on-site, remotely or at customers' premises
- Read and comprehend wiring diagrams, follow manuals on operation and installation
- Prioritize repair queue and manage client expectations on turnaround time
- Arrange call-outs to clients and updating of equipment log books
- Manage the ordering of spare parts and supplies
- Manage workshop tools and materials
- Liaise with Sales team regarding technical questions
- Manage the technical repair team & undertake/organise training where necessary.

**Minimum requirements**:

- Minimum of N3 in Electrical Engineering
- 3-5 years of catering equipment repair experience
- 2+ years of workshop management experience
- Qualified Refrigeration Technician is a critical advantage
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans. Additional African languages advantageous.
- Valid South African driver's license.
