Medical Aid rate based on principal member only) - To be confirmed - Advert Closing Date - 26/1/2025 - Job Purpose To provide strategic direction and leadership for community projects partnering with the university to facilitate and support the implementation of Work Integrated Learning framework and CE&WIL projects through appropriate grant systems, quality assurance and partnership agreements - Job Knowledge, Skills and Experience - PhD or relevant Doctor’s Degree or equivalent that is aligned with any of the University’s qualifications. - 7 Years’ experience in Higher education and work integrated learning focusing on managing community and or Industry networks which supports workplace learning for students at Senior lecturer/ Associate Professor level. - Key Performance Areas / Principal Accountabilities - Strategic Planning and Implementation of WIL framework and WIL modules - Strategic support for Service Learning and students’ assessment Plans - Implement quality assurance systems - Maintain partnerships and build new partners - Generate reports for WIL activities - Financial Management - Human Resource Management - Coaching - Competencies - Ability to lead change - Ability to influence change - Ability to foster strategic relations - High-level report writing skill - Leadership skills - Strategic networking skills - Strategic planning skills - Scholarship - In-depth knowledge of Higher Education programs - Policy development skills - Research knowledge - Financial management skills - People management skills - Coaching skills - Presentation skills - Facilitation skills - Negotiation skills - Conflict management skills - General Information **Closing date**: 26 January 2025 **NB: PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS SYSTEM DOES NOT ALLOW APPLICANTS TO UPLOAD CVs.
