Learning and Development Administrator

Role Purpose
Ensure accurate learning and development processes and record keeping are followed and implemented that will empower the business to achieve its strategic objectives in line with the skills development strategy.
Requirements
- BCom HR or studying towards related degree.
- Experience in HC and more specifically learning and development will be an advantage.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Data capturing.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure training spend is captured accurately and timeously on Mpowerred and Learning Management System (LMS). Be the expert on system an how it works (super user).
- Ensure recordkeeping of relevant invoices of training spend.
- Partner with PAs in the business to ensure all relevant training spend is recorded and tracked.
- Partner with HCBPs to ensure accurate capturing and record keeping of bursaries. Ensure the development of progress is tracked.
- Accountable for accurate reporting for the HC Executive and relevant Exco stakeholders. Provide skills spend related reports and data if and when required. Manage the rhythm of reporting in line with what is required from each business unit.
- Always stay abreast of training spend versus training captured and how to overcome the gap.
- Pro
- actively manage the administrative aspect of all Learning and Development across Momentum Investments.
- Assist with the administrator and submission of workplace skills planning (WSP) and
annual training reports (ATR). Manage the full process for both these legislative reports.
- There will be specific projects that we embark on to drive greater digital transformation
within the business. Active participation and involvement will be required from the
Learning and Development Administrator.
- Come up with innovative ways to transform the Learning and Development processes,
guidelines and procedures.
- Effectively partner with business where applicable together with the HCBP. Know your
clients and what they do in their respective departments. Understanding your clients
and their environment is important.
- Provide support l in training initiatives aligned to the Talent Management practice where
administration is required.
- Make sure master data is always correct and that information reported and reflected on
system is accurate.
- Track the BEE scorecard skills development section in line with Skills development plan
and strategy.
- Stay abreast of best practice research in the industry pertaining to skills development.
- Always stay up to date with Learning and Development related policies and procedures
within Momentum Metropolitan Holdings.
