**Responsibilities**:
As a Telemarketer at Baruch Marketing Management Solutions under our new Learnership, you will be responsible for:

- complying with what the Learnership Enquires of you
- Initiating outbound calls to potential clients and promoting our comprehensive range of marketing services.
- Engaging prospects in meaningful conversations to understand their business needs and identify opportunities for collaboration.
- Presenting and explaining our services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead generation and follow-up techniques.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English or African languages.
