Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients with professionalism and confidence
  • Promote and explain our products/services clearly and persuasively
  • Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and excellent service
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs consistently
  • Keep accurate records of client interactions and update CRM databases
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company goals
  • Continuously improve communication, negotiation, and sales skills

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or call center sales
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong persuasion, negotiation, and customer service abilities
  • High level of motivation, reliability, and professionalism
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
  • Basic computer literacy (CRM, Microsoft Office)
  • A commitment to long-term growth and loyalty within the company

Preferred Qualifications (Highly Desirable):

  • Experience using multi-line phone systems or call center software
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM management
  • Ability to handle high call volumes efficiently
  • Previous experience in sales-focused or performance-driven call center environments
  • Strong problem-solving and objection-handling skills
