Job description
Our company is currently seeking vibrant, target driven Debt Advisors for our Debt Review company.
Requirements: Min of Grade 12/ Matric Certificate. 1 year telemarketing/ sales experience. Experience in a financial institution advantage. Must have a clear command of English / Afrikaans. Ability to speak more than one South African language. Must be computer literate (compulsory)· Basic (R 4 500 – R Commission + Weekly Incentives.
The individual must be professional, great communication skills, a high level of accuracy and the ability to go over and beyond to succeed.·
Abilities:- Demonstrate the ability to meet and/or exceed determined sales targets, ability to build strong client relationships telephonically, Very strong sales and persuasion skills, Strong and flexible personality, Excellent client service skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Excellent listening skills, Excellent problem solving and objection handling skills.
