**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make **outbound calls** to potential clients with professionalism and confidence
- Promote and explain our products/services clearly and persuasively
- Build long-term relationships with clients through trust and excellent service
- Meet and exceed **sales targets and KPIs** consistently
- Keep accurate records of client interactions and update CRM databases
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team and company goals
- Continuously improve communication, negotiation, and sales skills

**Required Qualifications & Skills**:

- Proven experience in **cold calling, telemarketing, or call center sales**:

- Excellent **verbal and written communication skills**:

- Strong **persuasion, negotiation, and customer service abilities**:

- High level of **motivation, reliability, and professionalism**:

- Comfortable working in a **target-driven, fast-paced environment**:

- Basic computer literacy (CRM, Microsoft Office)
- A commitment to **long-term growth and loyalty** within the company

**Preferred Qualifications (Highly Desirable)**:

- Experience using **multi-line phone systems** or call center software
- Familiarity with **lead generation tools and CRM management**:

- Ability to handle **high call volumes efficiently**:

- Previous experience in **sales-focused or performance-driven call center environments**:

- Strong **problem-solving and objection-handling skills**
