Baruch is dedicated to creating employment opportunities in the Western Cape and its surrounding areas for well experienced Sales Agents to join our team. Our mission is to bridge the gap of unemployment and provide everyone with an opportunity for employment within the insurance and sales industry where your skills can excel and be appreciated.

PLEASE NOTE: applicants must have at least 3-4 years of proven Telemarketing and Sales experience - with valid references to qualify for this position.

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team _as an experienced Sales Agent. _In this role, you will be responsible for initiating high-quality outbound calls to our diverse client base. This is a great opportunity to step foot into the world of sales and marketing.

**Responsibilities**:

- As a Telemarketer at Baruch you will be responsible for:_
- Initiating outbound calls to potential clients and promoting our comprehensive range of marketing services.
- Presenting and explaining our services in a compelling and persuasive manner.
- Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified leads through effective lead generation and follow-up techniques.
- Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Gather and record customer information correctly

**Job Requirements**
- Must have at least 3-4 years of proven Telemarketing experience to qualify for this position.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong command of the English or the Afrikaans language.
- Persuasive and results-driven mindset, with a passion for sales and meeting targets.
- A high level of professionalism and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
- Must be a quick learner with a proactive attitude.
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skils.
- Should be confident in initiating conversations and building relationships with potential customers.
