**Job Function**

The main function of this role is to manage the day-to-day operations of the Region, which includes planning, supervising, and coordinating efforts across key functional areas to ensure that the organisation runs smoothly. This position also ensures that operational policies, processes and systems are continuously improved upon (or developed where needed) so that the organisation is geared to deliver on its mandate in a cost-effective and efficient manner as well as support the organisation’s marketing and communication efforts to increase its visibility and strengthen its brand amongst members, clients and stakeholders.

**Requirements**:

- Grade 12
- Practical Hands-on exposure to data analytics (Eg Power BI or SAP BI)
- Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in a Logistics or Supply Chain environment
- Demonstrable experience (5+ years) managing operations.
- Demonstrable experience in leading and implementing changes (policies, processes, systems) to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operations (including marketing and communications) within an organisation.
- Previously worked in Temporary Employment Service environment (advantageous)
- Clear Criminal Record
- Microsoft office (Advance Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
- Public speaking & Presentation Experience
- Payspace/ESS Experience OR Similar HR systems experience.
- Must be able to troubleshoot IT related matters.
- Budgeting at Senior Management level
- Report writing
- Valid Driver’s License & Should have own transport.
- Must be able to drive Technology and Innovation.
