**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Be the link between our customer success team and client accounts, cultivating strong relationships and driving sales growth to maximize our brand presence.
- Develop and implement strategic account plans, including upsell opportunities.
- Analyse data, track usage activities, and monitor customer market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategic decisions.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure seamless execution of strategic account plans
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting to evolving priorities while maintaining a strong focus on delivering results.
- Identify and engage with key stakeholders to drive retention.
- Maintain an accurate CRM database, including client interactions.
**Skills and Requirements**:
**Essential Skills**
- Education in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2 years’ experience in SaaS companies
- Capability to learn new systems and technologies
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Tech-savvy individual
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals and securing contracts.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to excel in a competitive business development environment.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
**Desirable Skills**
- Experience of CRM Systems such as HubSpot
- Understanding of activity-based costing and cost allocations
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure stack
