**Duties and Responsibilities**:
**Receiving**
- Ensure all stock is received as per prescribed guideline.
- Investigate and resolve all exceptions.
- Ensure stock quality is adhered to at the point of receiving, and flag non-compliance.

**Inventory Management**
- Manage the Stock clerical team to improve our stock accuracy.
- Initiate daily counts.
- Manage and Lead Monthly counts.
- Report on findings and exceptions daily.
- Initiate and authorise stock adjustments.
- Improve the stock rotation process.
- Mitigate stock Risk.
- Audit current processes and suggest improvement and implement initiatives.

**People Management**
- Lead a diverse team to improve the company's overall stock view.
- Mentor and train subordinates.
- Regular meetings with team and Management.
- Manages the recruitment and training of new inventory employees.

**Financial Management**
- Report daily, weekly and monthly on stock variance and adjustments.
- Improve profitability

**Customer Service**
- Contribute positively to improving our customer service by maintaining a high level of stock accuracy at all business units.
- Ensure compliance with internal SLA.

**Continuous Improvement**
- Initiate continuous improvement initiatives to improve stock management and accuracy.
- Improve Receiving and Inventory processes.

**Key Competencies and Skills**
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Must have mechanical background on vehicles
- Listening skills
- Problem analysis and problem solving
- Team work
- Stress tolerance

**Further requirements**:

- Grade 12
- **Fully bilingual in English and Afrikaans**:

- Minimum 5 years Inventory management experience
- Technical/ mechanical background advantageous
- Previous motor industry experience
