- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management, field marketing, or related roles within the consumer electronics or home appliances industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on driving performance and productivity.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with CRM systems for reporting and analysis.
