**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide hardware support, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware malfunctions.
- Offer software support, including installation, updates, and troubleshooting.
- Manage and support user accounts, including password resets, access permissions, and system login issues.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with team members to provide efficient and timely IT support.
- Document and track issues using IT service management tools.
CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:

- IT degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or a related field.
- CompTIA A+ certification
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals or other relevant IT certifications
- Strong understanding of hardware and software troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with account management and user support.
- Knowledge of operating systems, networking, and basic security protocols.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This job operates in a professional office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be largely sedentary and will be required to sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset. The employee will be regularly required to operate a computer and other office equipment, including a phone, copier, and printer. The employee may occasionally be required to move about the office to accomplish tasks; reach in any direction; raise or lower objects, move objects from place to place, hold onto objects, and move or exert force up to forty (40) pounds.
