We’re Hiring: Hotel IT Technician - Cape Town

Are you an IT professional with **5+ years of experience** and a passion for problem-solving? We’re looking for a dedicated **IT Technician** to support a leading hotel in Cape Town.

This is a **hands-on, dynamic role** where you’ll handle everything from troubleshooting guest connectivity issues to maintaining the hotel’s networks, servers, and systems. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping technology running reliably across the property.

What we’re looking for:

- 5 years of IT support experience (hospitality experience an advantage)
- Strong knowledge in servers, desktops & networking
- Familiarity with PBX, CCTV, IPTV, audio-visual and video conferencing
- Hands-on troubleshooting and excellent customer service skills
- A proactive, customer
- and guest-focused mindset
- Relevant IT Diploma / Certifications (CCNA, MCSE, AWS etc.)
- Own reliable vehicle

This role involves **shift work** (with alternating weekends off) and requires someone dependable, adaptable, and committed to high-quality IT support
