As part of our commitment to excellence, we’re looking for a dedicated Desktop Support Technician to ensure our IT systems run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities Provide daily technical support for staff on PCs, laptops, phones, and related devices. Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software. Monitor and maintain network servers and ensure system stability. Troubleshoot hardware/software issues, including printers, VoIP phones, and other peripherals. Perform routine system checks, updates, and backups. Liaise with external IT providers when needed for escalated issues. Ensure all IT equipment is secure, up-to-date, and fully operational. Provide user training and support on common IT systems and applications. Requirements Proven experience in IT desktop support or similar role. Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, Microsoft Office, and networking basics. Experience with servers and printer troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
