**The Role**
As an IT Support Technician, you will:

- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, printers, and servers.
- Monitor and maintain system performance to ensure seamless operations.
- Assist in the setup and deployment of new systems and software.
- Maintain accurate documentation of support requests and resolutions.

**What We’re Looking For**
To excel in this role, you should have:

- A certificate, diploma or degree in IT or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of hardware, networking, and operating systems.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- A customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems (advantageous).
- Experience with Mikrotik products and a understanding of routing and IP management.
