In this role, the IT Support Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of IT issues, whether hardware or software-related. You will work closely with the IT Manager to provide timely feedback and solutions within agreed-upon deadlines, ensuring smooth communication and technical support for both internal teams and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity to support a dynamic, fast-paced environment with cutting-edge IT solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop support issues.
  • Install and configure software, hardware, PCs, and laptops.
  • Ensure systems are backed up and maintained properly.
  • Document all tasks and duties related to IT support.
  • Provide remote management and support services.
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders, including suppliers and ISPs.
  • Offer first-line support by addressing frequently asked questions.
  • Maintain and update the website with product details and industry news.
  • Develop and maintain the management reporting application.
Requirements
  • IT-related degree or diploma. (Advantageous)
  • Experience with web development platforms or languages.(Advantageous)
  • Understanding of Server software implementation and maintenance.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory on MS Server.
  • Experience with creating Users/Roles in a Domain environment.
  • Understanding of TCP/IP.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Technical knowledge of IT infrastructures.
  • Proficient in PC and printer troubleshooting and fault-finding.
  • Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
