A facilitator is responsible for the compiling and co-ordination of appropriate training material by business requirements and goals, upskilling employees to perform productively. The primary focus of the role is to provide timely and precise training to different audiences within Octogen with the primary focus on onboarding sales personnel.

**Responsibilities**:
▪ Develop and update Training material in line with the business needs and objectives.

▪ Co-ordinate and provide effective training in a fun and understandable manner to enhance learning experience and outcomes.

▪ Assist with the training an onboarding of sales teams to equip them to deliver sales targets.

▪ Collaborate with department managers to ascertain suitability for training schedules and delivery of training.

▪ Liaise with external training providers to collaborate on training delivery.

▪ Review training practices and ensure training is delivered in line with company policy and regulations.

▪ Keep track of the training schedule, ensuring timely arrival at training sessions.

▪ Develop regular reports to evidence training and improvement in training attendance and delivery.

▪ Implement appropriate training assessment and monitor learning success and provide additional training when required.

▪ Evaluate training initiatives and coordinate the delivery of certificates of training successful completion to personnel.

▪ Any ad-hoc duties as might be requited from time to time

**Requirements & skills**:
▪ Good understanding and knowledge of the business workflow processes, policies, systems, strategies and Debt Counselling Process/Act.

▪ Strong understanding of the impact and benefits training

▪ Ability to communicate with internal and external team members

▪ Strong communication and listening skills, both written and verbal

▪ Group dynamic management

▪ Sensing the energy level of trainees and motivate positive learning

▪ Good interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships

▪ Good listening skills, with high levels of attention to detail

▪ Strong working knowledge of Microsoft office platforms

▪ Ability to multi-task and prioritize own workload

**Qualifications**:

- Grade 12 or NQF level 4 equivalent
- Facilitator, Assessor and Moderator Certificates
- Minimum of 3 year of previous experience in a training role
- Minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role or leadership role
- A thorough understanding of the National Credit Act & the debt review process.

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R20,000.00 per month
