As Customer Service Representative you will be responsible to process Sales Orders, GRVs, Consignment Billings, Consignment Replacements and Credits. Take ownership of customer issues by handling and following through on customer service claims and queries. Provide professional customer support and ensure customer satisfaction. Role is office based in Johannesburg BD offices.

- Processing orders, GRVs, Consignment Billing, Consignment Replacements and Credit Notes
- Receive, Capture, Troubleshoot, Resolve and Feedback on customer service claims
- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
- Take ownership of customer issues and respond promptly to customer inquiries and queries.
- Troubleshoot problems and see them through; escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and managers
- Communicate/ Collaborate and Coordinate with colleagues and managers as necessary.
- Communicate with customers through various channels.
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, complaints and compliments
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
- Work with the warehouse regarding deliveries, stock availability, stock receipts and stock discrepancies
- Generate reports
- Master the use of JDE, Surgicom, Orderwise, PowerBI, SFDC, MS Teams, Excel, Word
**About You:
- **
- National Dip (NQF 6) Logistics/ Supply Chain/ Business Management/ Commerce or equivalent or higher
- 3 - 5 years in customer service environment and Experience within the Healthcare/ Pharmaceutical/ Medical Devices will be and advantage
- Proven experience in MS Office, Outlook, JD Edwards and/ SAP HANA will be advantage
- Fluent Verbal, Written and Listening Skills (English)
- Supervisory/ Team Leader experience will be an advantage
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively, Ability to honor deadlines
- Self-starter and customer centric
