**F and G Sourcing Specialist **is assisting a reputable **Interior Design Solutions** client that is seeking a skilled **Senior Customer Service Representative **to join their company that is based in **Johannesburg.**

The Senior Customer Service Representative manages existing and potential customer enquiries by answering product and service questions, and suggesting information about alternative and better suited products and ancillary services. The SCSR’s responsibilities include processing orders, preparing correspondences and fulfilling customer needs by ensuring customer satisfaction from conceptual phase through to completion.

**Requirements**:

- Must reside in the Johannesburg region
- Must have drivers license and own transportation
- Diploma or Degree is preferred in a creative field, for example Interior Design
- 1-3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role - client facing or Project Management
- A creative mind with the ability to take imitative on a project

**Key Performance Areas and Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage strong relationships within your existing and new client base.
- Always establish and maintain professional customer communication channels.
- Ensure detailed and accurate sales operations
- Directing and managing the allocated Project Manager.
- Delivering on annual sales target and delivering on SCSR sales objective on product sales.

- Understand clients’ needs and briefs.
- Upselling standard products where possible.
- Quality presentation that you feel meet standards
- Include floor plans, elevations and all details where applicable.
- Do face to face reviews if clients not happy with proposal.
- Include design team in important on site creative briefs.
- Understand the product specification with design team to ensure realistic solutions are being proposed.
- Full Sales Cycle
- Key Account Management
- Directing, managing and supporting the allocated Project Manager
- Delivering on annual sales target and delivering on SCSR sales objective on standard product sales

**Salary**:

- First three months Basic R 25 000 pm with 3 % commissionable earnings from R 1
- From month 4 month R 12 500 basic with 5 % commissionable earnings from R 1
- There is a cell phone allowance of R 800; A fuel card for 100l of fuel.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R15,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service role - client facing or Project Management: 3 years (required)
- /knowledge of interior design: 3 years (required)
- Key account management: 3 years (required)

License/Certification:
