Our client has an opportunity available for a Retail Operations Admin Controller based in the Western Cape.
**Requirements**:
- Matric certificate.
- Data Analyst or similar certification.
- Highly computer literate with Excel & Power Query knowledge.
- Experience with MS Power Bi and understanding of DAX.
- Excellent time management skills and deadline oriented.
- Attention to detail and the ability to cope under pressure.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct monthly internal & external reporting.
- Maintain and develop Power Bi models across Finance and Ops.
- Assist ROM teams through data mining to identify retail indicators and trends.
- Prepare presentations for Senior teams and MD.
- Prepare retail and expenses budgets.
- Prepare benchmark and competition scorecards.
- Prepare Central Office Nat GUILD reports.
- Provide meaningful insight into competitor landscapes and retail environments.
- Track and measure key performance metrics.
- Report on strategic loyalty campaigns and retail benchmarking.
- Track TSPs, key financial metrics and store profitability.
- Ensure the upkeep of Retail Risk dashboards and NSF KPIs.
- Participate in the preparation of Members Meetings, AGM and Cell Meetings.
- Track rebate overriders & prepare functional targets.
