**RETAIL CONTROLLER**:

- Cape Town, South Africa**YOUR MISSION**:
The Retail Controller will manage stock movements, transfers and inventory data for all PUMA retail stores in South Africa. The Retail Stock Controller will investigate stock shortages or over deliveries and resolve queries relating to this.

**KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS**
- Inventory Management - coordinating internal stock transfers / movements, as well as resolving delays & discrepancies.
- Analyzing and compiling of various reports relating to stock movements.
- Stock take administration assistance to the retail ops team
- General Administration support to the Retail Back-office Team

**KEY TASKS, DUTIES **AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Managing all stock movements for PUMA retail stores
- Managing all discrepancies reported from store teams
- Intensive investigations for stock short delivered and or over delivered with own warehouse and Couriers, ensuring all is resolved in a timely manner
- Maintenance of stock movement reports, working closely with store teams and Area Managers ensuring these are being checked and maintained weekly (MB51, ZR12)
- Cross checking that all stores are accepting ASN vouchers and working closely with Area managers & IT in getting any issues resolved.
- Managing any manual stock movements across channels.
- Daily manual stock adjustments and investigating shortages
- Cross checking all systems are inline, Working closely with the finance/International and investigating any shortages.
- Assisting operations with the uploading of stock takes, analyzing the data and communicating findings to Retail Operations and Loss Prevention
- Conducting, analyzing, and communicating findings of Loss Prevention audits for PUMA stores to Retail Operations and Loss Preventions
- Conducting, analyzing, and communicating findings of full or partial stock counts in PUMA stores when required.
- Cross checking that cycle counts are being actioned at store level.
- Maintaining weekly retail system reports & Inventory Control
- Assistance with Uploading of price files and weekly exception reports.
- General Admin support to the Retail Team.

**YOUR TALENT**:

- National Senior Certificate
- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar role
- Advanced Excel skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- The ability to problem solve in a timely and efficient manner
- Attention to detail
