A new role has become available for a **Marketing Office Administrator**. This role will report into the Key Account Manager and will be based in Bryanston, Johannesburg.
**Job Specification**:
**Key Performance Areas**:
- Responsible for assisting customers through all aspects of customer service for the e-commerce website, including order placement, facilitating returns and replacements, product inquiries and recommendations, general customer service assistance, and escalated issues
- Own the customer service experience by ensuring all customer interactions are seamless, best in class, and handled in a timely manner
- Ensure prompt and proper resolution of customer queries/complaints by providing additional information or escalating / engaging others in the organization to provide a solution according to defined procedures
- Document customer queries / complaints as well as process and assist customer ordering and / or troubleshooting
- Manage communication with communities through strategically relevant online properties (Facebook / Instagram / LinkedIn)
- Manage efforts in building online reviews and reputation
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Be knowledgeable of distribution operational procedures and policies
- When necessary capture waybill information for manual export
- Manage website problems/queries by routing calls to appropriate resources to gain resolution
- General administrative support to the marketing team (invoicing, uniforms, hampers, corporate gifting etc.)
- Travel bookings and senior management expense claims / general admin for senior management team and Ordering Forex for international travel
- Updating files and maintaining marketing portal with central information
- Support to training and technical teams with artwork / design / communication requests
- Booking and coordinating promotional events / exhibitions
- Assist with attending to daily requests and queries from sales consultants
- Continuous updating of POS lists, machine-branding catalogue etc.
**Minimum Requirements**:
**Experience**:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in an FMCG / Food Services / Catering industry
- Administration experience
- Experience in working across cross-functional teams
- Experience and knowledge on setting up document standards, travel administration and general administration functions
- SAP experience would be advantageous
**Qualifications**:
- Grade 12
- Completed Diploma in Administration / Marketing or equivalent Diploma would be advantageous
**Additional Requirements**:
- High proficiency in MS Outlook, MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
- SAP
- Broad understanding of related functions, i.e. sales, manufacturing, planning and marketing
