Given their extensive track record in commercial, retail and industrial property management, they are truly leaders in the South African Real Estate Industry. In order to keep up with their ongoing growth, they are on the hunt for a champion in the Commercial and Industrial Property Management space.

To this end, the incoming Property Manager will be required to:

- Draft/negotiate leases.
- Handle handovers of rental units.
- Take charge of monthly billing and recoveries.
- Manage tenant relations.
- Oversee maintenance of property under management.
