Qualifications and Experience required:

- Strong customer service skills to build good relationships and grow the portfolio
- Minimum of 2 years property management experience in commercial property
- Good communication skills both internally in the company and with clients
- Understand monthly property management processes through to month end and oversight on annual audits
- Understanding of lease agreements and be able to negotiate with tenants, on behalf of the client
- Stay up to date with the latest property management trends
- Be able to assess maintenance requirements for properties and implement solutions
