An exciting opportunity to develop and expand skills within the TFG Infotec/ HR/ Forensics Finance Team

**Key Performance Areas & Responsibilities**:

- Assist budget holders across divisions with variance analysis vs budgets on operational expenses and capital expenditure
- Assisting budget holders to raise requisitions and receipting of services
- Handling vendor onboarding queries
- Handling supplier and user queries
- Liaising with SSC AP Team to ensure timeous payments of suppliers
- Support departments to meet all finance submission dates
- Assisting with any general finance duties as required
- Assisting with splitting of invoices to facilitate recharge journals to the trading divisions

**What you need to succeed**:

- Tertiary qualification in accounting /finance
- 3-5 years finance experience (preferably in large organisation)
- Proficient in Excel
- Highly organized and detail orientated
- Strong numeric skills
- Good communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Be able to handle stress / work in a pressurized environment
- Good team player
- Previous exposure in paying creditors advantageous
- SAP experience beneficial
