As the **Accounts Payable Clerk**, you will take responsibility for ensuring that all **invoices** are **processed**, **verified** and **reconciled** within the required timeframes.
Duties include:

- Ensuring invoices are matched with relevant documentation, all information is correct and authorisations are received.
- Loading invoices onto the accounting system.
- Preparation and submission of creditors reconciliations.
- Forwarding remittances to suppliers.
- Generating relating reports.
- Assist with balance sheet reconciliations.
You will need **grade 12** and a relevant certificate in **bookkeeping** or **finance** with at least 3 years’ experience in a **Creditors**/**Accounts Payable** role. Experience in a logistics environment would be advantageous. You will need to have good working knowledge of MS Office with advanced **Excel** and accounting software (**SAGE** Evolution and Freight Management System knowledge would be advantageous).
