- We are looking for a skilled bookkeeper to maintain our financial records.- The bookkeeper will oversee most of the financial aspects of the company and is responsible for the flow of accurate and timeous financial data to the company stake holders.- Responsibilities:
- Bookkeeping and Financial Administration, including invoicing
- Manage all company bookkeeping and financial administration functions
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Manage petty cash
- Maintain budget
- Maintaining all necessary records, including invoices, expenses, payments and transactions
- Manage monthly management reports for the company
- Provide monthly up-to-date and accurate reports
- Accurate, up-to-date records of all financial transactions
- Manage statutory obligations - SARS (Vat, Provisional Tax, Income Tax, Individual Tax Returns), BEE, CIPC**Inherent Requirements**
- Education
- Relevant bookkeeping qualification
- At least 2 years prior bookkeeping experience
- Experience - monthly management accounts and budgets
- Experience - working with multiple companies and multiple projects essential
- Bookkeeping to Trail balance
- Experience - manage statutory obligations - SARS efiling (Vat, Provisional Tax, Income Tax, Individual Tax Returns), BEE, CIPC
- Strong data analytical/financial management skills
- Strong financial and administrative background
- Budget management essential
- Advanced computer skills, including Pastel, MS Office and strong Excel skills
- Time management and organisational skills
- Confident, agile, ambitious, and forward-thinking
- High levels of self-motivation and autonomy
