Regional Marketing Co-ordinator

Responsible for representing the marketing functions of the brand and Manage the Brand Ninja program to ensure the integrity of the brand is upheld to a high standard in the retail and wholesale environment.
**Brand ninja management**
- Direct the Brand Ninja program on a national basis to ensure efficiency, maximum productivity and analyse and refine
- Review Brand Ninja's monthly and weekly visit schedules
- Review Brand Ninjas feedback and escalate to resolve if needed
- Ensure team efficiency and responsibly looking after their relevant doors
- Conduct GOLP meetings
- Hire and manage weekend Ninjas through schedules that align with the allocated budget
- Feedback on weekend Ninjas achievements and observations on a weekly basis
**National product and brand training**
- Oversee the effective design and implementation of the retail and wholesale training program
- Create up to date training packs on all UA product for wholesale and retail
- Ensure a national training standard is set for all training sessions conducted and measured accordingly
- Ensure all Brand Ninjas are pro-actively booking in the allocated amount of training sessions weekly.
- Ensure training saturation across all wholesale doors
**Marketing representation**
- Seek out and manage marketing opportunities within the region that are brand and strategy right
- Ensure the successful implementation of the national brand campaigns
- Work with HQ leads to maximize and leverage brand opportunities
- Work alongside HQ to create, implement, delegate and manage all regional event related initiatives
- Asses and report back findings from the events held to Marketing team
**Team building and values**
- Drive a strong, motivated team of Ninjas who are aligned with brand vision, values and goals
- Carry out all performance measures and GOLP processes for team
- Drive a sporting brand culture
- Ensure all staff get the relevant growth opportunities to maximize potential

- Tertiary education: Marketing/ advertising diploma
- Minimum 2 years brand working experience
- Understanding of brands output and the sports apparel & footwear industry
- Confident in managing a roaming team
- Driven to set and achieve ambitious KPIs
- Eat, sleep, live and breath the Sports Industry
- Creative thinking
- Proactive and takes initiative
- Hungry to learn, ambitious to succeed
- Willing to cover all aspects of what's required - a small team often works beyond their role
